I'm assuming this is a master Series/Parallel?
You can use an On/Off/On switch for Series/Mute/Parallel, but an On/On/On switch would go Series/Neck Pickup/Parallel.

Is the Audere wiring any different than normal active Jazz wiring?
I seem to recall that Auderes had a dual buffered setup or something with an active blend. Is the preamp already configured for two volumes rather than a master volume/blend setup?

The wiring would be the same as standard Series/Parallel switching.
The neck pickup mode in the center position is a function of the switch itself.

yes its vol/vol but the pup grounds are seperate from the other grounds with the audere systems like grounded and grounding conductors like in a/c line voltage ,at least thats wht it semms like so I can just follow the standard switching? do you have a diagram handy? is it the one like they have posted all over here with a jumper on the last 2 contacts on the switch? last time I did this it was with soapbars with 4 wires coming from the pups so it was easier to understand , thanks

Even if the grounds for the pickups are separate from the ground for the preamp, it shouldn't cause you any trouble.
In parallel, the bass operates normally, but in series, the neck pickup is simply removed from ground and placed in series with the bridge pickup.

The wiring is like this:
