3 Way Wiring for a Nordstrand MM4.2

I have a Stingray that was converted from HS to single H, it has a "strat" type 3 way switch wired for Series/Single/Parallel to a Delano Pickup.
i want to get the three same settings on the Nordstrand, but i cant find a wiring diagram for it.
there are 5 wires on the nordstrand, bare, white, green red and black.

and there is something odd on the nordstrand, the bare wire is not connected to anything on the pickup, is that normal?
