5 String Thunderbird Pickups

Does anyone here know where I can buy passive 5 String Thunderbird pickups? I prefer the old style with a metal cover instead of the new plasitc cover, but I think when they introduced the 5 string TB they already switched to the newer style PUs, right?

And will they fit into MM style routings? I guess they will be too small, right? Then I would need a frame too.
