Anyone know a good place to purchase a set of the Seymour Duncan Basslines pickups that will fit a Lakland 55-94?

Contact Lakland.
Contact Basslines and ask them.
If no go, you might want to put in Nordstrand pickups
or Delano

SD Basslines pickups are the standard MM rectangular shape, not the three tab style used in the Lakelands. They may do a Lakeland style through the Custom Shop but you would be paying hefty bucks for this.

You would be better off going the Nordstrand route because they do the three tab style and also the 5-String jazz style that fits the Lakeland neck route.

Try Brian at Best Bass Gear. I don't see them on his site, but shoot him an email, he is really helpful, he should be able to get you one.
