6 string musicman style humbuckers?

can anyone help me find a pair of pickups like specified in the title? i need a set that is for a 16.5mm stringspacing and fits into a 105mm x 49mm routing

ive looked around and delano and MEC appear to do pickups at these dimensions, but i have no idea how to purchase them? and which set would you recommend i go with? are there any more 6er MM style humbuckers out there?

also what would be a good preamp to mix with either of these pickups?
