| 60's P-Bass pole piece spacing

Hi,
Does anyone know what is the pole spacing measurements for 60's precision pickups? Apparently they're different from the later models.
It's just that I can't find covers that will fit the vintage set I have, which I can't seem to measure correctly with a tape. The covers I tried are all something like 7/16" and a half from side to first pole and then 1/8" and a half between each pole.
What are the precise measurements?
