Active Pickups + Active Preamp - A Question

I've recently picked up an early 90s Charvel JP with a Reflex Silver pickup system (imagine EMGs with an external preamp). The stock pots and input jack are pretty shot, so I was thinking of installing a Noll TCM3 I have to hand. I'm wondering if I should run them both off a single 9V battery, install two batteries for 18V or try to run seperate battries for the pickups and pre - though I'm not sure this is even possible with just one input jack.

Are therea ny electronics whizz kids out there who can help? Thanks.

You only need one battery.

Just hook up both of them to one battery in parallel.
