I just spoke with Larry Pollack at Aero about a problem I am having with one of his pickups. I have a Music Man replacement that I have been storing unused for about a year. I went to have this pickups installed and the back bobbin's coil has a snap in it. I called Larry and explained this to him and we both agreed that this was my fault. After all of this he has offered to fix it for free just because ...., well I'm not sure why.
After dealing with more that my fair-share of equipment issue the last few months this has been the easiest by far. It is not often that I have received "customer service" in this industry so I felt that it was worth sharing.
