Aero pickups microphonic?

I played my friend's DJ5 with Aeros the other day and they were quite microphonic.

Do you guys think he got a lemon? It's hard to believe that such boutique quality pickups could do it? Anyone experienced this?

My Aeros pickup the ticking of my watch, if I hold it closely.

I just thought that was sort of funny.

Doesn't bother me in the least when I'm playing. They sound soooo nice I wouldn't change them for anything.

you can scream into the pickup during the chorus of your song. will sound cool..... only in some instances....
