Aggie OBP-1 Wiring...where did I goof up?

my little sleep deprived brain cannot seem to get this pre-amp working.

can anybody tell me where I goofed?

on the pot with p/p the black wire has to go to the right (outside) lug, with the blue one, not in the center.
