If you want vol/vol you can use the wiring to the volume pots as shown on the SD diagram but delete the tone control. Delete the blend and volume pots from the Ag diagram. In the SD diagram there is a wire that connects two lugs on the volume controls together and then runs over to the center lug on the tone control. Connect that wire to the blue wire on the Ag diagram instead. Now you just connect the ground wires for the two volume pots to the output jack ground. The pot ground is on the pot case in the SD diagram but note that the ground lugs on the pots are bent over and soldered to the case as well. If you fail to ground the pot lugs to their cases you should still get an output but the volume controls won't work properly. Since you are getting no sound this cannot be your problem or at least not your only problem!

If you want a diagram just print out the two that you have, literally cut off the sections noted above, tape the two together, and then connect the volume pot output and ground with hand drawn lines as noted above. In the original Ag diagram there are several back wires and some are grounds, some are signal. Once you cut off the Ag blend and volume pots the only black lines left in the Ag diagram are grounds.
