Aguilar OBP-2 Preamp install

Sign in to disble this ad
I am trying to install this preamp in a custom built bass and am having difficulty. I wired it as the diagram directed, for a two pickup, two volume pots, and two tone pots, but I am trying to use only one volume pot instead of two. I believe my problem exists where the pickup is wired in. My pickups, which I am unsure of the model or manufacturer, have three wires and a ground. (red, white, green) Does anyone have any idea's on what I am doing incorrect??

Calling or emailing Aguilar is your best bet. I had a question about grounding when I installed mine, and the guy from Aguilar that helped me really knew his stuff and was very helpful.
