One experience with contact with Aguilar and I would contact the distributor before going to them. Bestbassgear I think handles aguilar, contact them.

The additional wires may be redundant or for some option. The circuit looks complete and my guess is would work fine as is and I'd just cap the odd wires off seperately or join them together if capping them separately was an issue.

I had the same problem. Bought an OBP-2 used and when I got it, could not figure out what extra wires were for. The seller had capped each extra wire separately with a wire nut so I left them alone (just bundled them in). Lo and behold it worked (sure surprised me)!
I was connecting to a single (P-Bass) pickup too.
I'd advise just ignoring the extras and see if it works.
Good luck.

Even though I assumed and Shindig verified it worked I would (again) contact bestbassgear. If they verify it should work then you know you screwed up - that's all you need to verify from them. Don't expect them to know what you did wrong or trouble shoot it for you.

From there go here: DIMENTO'S BASIC TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE

Screwing up is how you learn. As is asking questions - bestbassgear may tell you where the wires go.
