Question aguilar obp-3 install in j-bass deluxe help!

Sign in to disble this ad
I just recieved the aguilar obp-3 preamp with the module,a stacked bass/treble pot, and a push-pull mid pot. Im in the process of installing it into my active deluxe jazz bass. My issue is when I opened up the plate I realized there is a circuit board attached to the volume pot. I have never seen this in my other basses what should I do. Should I try to fit the module in with the circuit board and wire the connections in along with it?? I would appreciate any help/advice from anyone who has done this install or anyone with suggestions or advice. thanks!!!!!!!
