Aguilar OBP3 - 400hz or 800hz ?

For those of you who have the Aguilar OBP3, could you give a little guidance/insight regarding the 400hz and 800hz mid setting/adjustment pot?

For those of you that opted for the two mid config, which of the two frequencies do you adjust and tweak the most often?

Which freq range do you find yourself adjusting more for slap/funk?
...for harmonics?
...for sustain?
...for overall tone definition/clarity?

I'm going with a push pull pot on the mid and wanted to have the most frequently used range set with the pot in the pushed in position.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or feedback regarding your existing setups.

Found a discussion on the OBP3 and Dave Wilson provided some great info. I guess 800hz will be the range setting the pot pushed in config.
