Aguilar OBP3 Hissing / Buzzing Problem

I got an Aguilar Obp3 pre and 2 emg35 hz
just wired it all up with 500k pots
its all sheilded and wired correctly according to the diagram
and website

as soon as I add any gain it starts hissing really loud sounds like a radio when not tuned in

Any advice ?

My honest advice is that if you've never done it before, have a "GOOD" tech in ur area do it for you...It will save u Headache & frustration, but will buy u happiness @ the end.
