Hi, try the "Amps" and "Effects" forums, as there are many huge threads about it there.

I run my P-Bass through an Aguilar Tone Hamer connected to a QSC RMX 1450 power amp (mono bridged) which powers an Aguilar GS212 cab (600W RMS at 8 ohms) and an Acoustic B115 cab (250W RMS at 8 ohms). I've been happy with the results, and the DI on the Tone Hammer works wonders with any house PA if reinforcement is needed in bigger venues.
