Sign in to disble this ad
Sorry about the weird question but i play in a very very very small church maybe with the volume at 1 and dont feel like lugging my head in there anymore. If my active preamp Ibanez BTB goes into my Pandora multy Fx thingy with a power cord into the wall can that power my 15''?

Try it, couldn't hurt. Sorry that I can't be more helpful than that.

No...the output of the multi-FX is not designed to drive an 8ohm load...

does your church have a PA? If so, put your bass through a DI (direct injection) box into their board.

Or, get a decent, inexpensive 10" practice amp. Peavey Microbass amps sound great at low volume.

Otherwise, lug your amp and stay at 1...

Sounds like a job for the Mesa Walkabout Scout!

Great amp (I have one) but overkill for that situation I think.

The Minx or Yorkville XM50C are good choices for around $300 or less. The Yorkville weighs 30 lbs. The Minx is probably about the same.
