Alembic Experts: Pickup and Electronics Advice needed

Sign in to disble this ad
I raided Mike Lull's junk drawer and came away with these. I am wanting to install them in one of my fretless basses.

Can you give me any direct information and/or can you point me to other sources of information [ forums etc ] so I can find out what I have here, what are the differences between these two sets of pups and what additional components I need in order to complete the system?

Thanks in advance for any and all info !!!!!!

Go to alembics website there may be a description. The large soapbar looks like an axy activator. I beleive they use these on stanley basses and series 2 basses. The j picku is a jbz activator I don't know about the small soapbars and hopefully u don't need the electronics. They are really proud of those probably several hundred for electronics ! Ouch. good luck
