American Deluxe P-bass V pups

Sign in to disble this ad
This question as been brought up several times in the pickup forum, but I have yet to see much of an answer.

So here it is, does anybody out there make a J humbucker that will drop right into the rear route of the Deluxe P?

sidenote: I've been looking into Nordstrands to replace both pickups (np5 and the signature dual coil)
A: Does anybody have any experience/opinions with/on the np5?
B: Does anybody know if that signature dual coil will fit into the route without modification?

Thanks!
