American Mesa Boogie head working in Australia?

Hey all, I have a question about amp heads. Just say I was to buy a Mesa Boogie Titan Big Block V12 in America, so I could bring it back to Australia and save roughly $2000, what would I have to do to make it work with our voltages. I know America uses a smaller voltage then us, so would I need to get a step down converter with a transformer, or just change some wiring, or even buy a whole new transformer.
