Ampeg Full Stack Cab w/ Tweeter ---> tweeter knob broke off

Sign in to disble this ad
I have an Ampeg SVT-1540he full stack cabinet that has a 'high frequency attenuator' knob on the back of the cab. What it does is allow you to turn the tweeter on or off (the knob attached to a potentiometer which allowed turning the tweeter on or off). Well, the knob broke off and took a bit of the pole off with it, so the ridges that allowed the knob to grab the pole are no longer there, therefore I cannot simply buy another knob and put it onto the control.

Anyway, I want to get a replacement potentiometer and knob (since the knob was tossed). Does anyone know the part number of the pot? How about where I can get the correct size knob with the special ridges?

They also have the knobs.

Peace,
