Another jazz pickups question.

Hi guys
I need some info about 62 Fender vintage RI pickups. Are they any better than regular Fender stuff? What would their sound be etc?

they would have a vintage j bass tone. If you want a vintage tone I would go with nordstrand nj4s. The nords have cleaner highs.
