Was told November 5th they should've shipped by the next week as my order was the one he was working on when power went out and that it would be resumed when power was restored, just got back from vacation on the 25th, now coming up into December and they still haven't shipped yet, hoping he will respond to my email or to me here.

Thanks, but I've been hearing similar quotes regarding a ship date over the past month or two or three now.

I had an interested party purchase the pickups that were currently in my bass when I was quoted the first ship date thinking that was an accurate date. Now obviously that was my mistake, selling those pickups without having received the new pickups thinking the quoted dates were going to be accurate and reflect around when I was going to receive my order. Months later, my bass has now been sitting on my work bench gathering dust, unable to be played through an amplifier.

Every time I contemplate asking for a refund and getting something else because I just want to be able to play my bass, you tell me the pickups should ship this week or next week and then they don't. Me selling the pickups that were in my bass was not something you could control, but my decision was based on the information you were providing me regarding my order and this experience has been so frustrating. I just want to play my Clement bass now.

I asked for one, never got a response. but only after 4 different deadlines were broken and "the check's in the mail, I swear it!" routine. But seriously, maybe you might be lucky and get a refund. Keep us posted.

Yes I am Sir. Although, I sent David my quarterly email asking where the pickup was at in terms of construction/shipping, he replied and said it would be ready next week, we shall see. I sincerely hope this one's the real one.

Send my pickup. It's been long enough. You aren't responding to emails or PMs. I paid you at the end of June, you said 2 weeks. We are now 5 months along and you've repeatedly told me that it's in various stages of getting ready to ship.

You asked me to keep it on the down-low and I have thus far accommodated you. But your lack of communication and concern for my satisfaction has left me with no further recourse.

I understand that things happen and that you got stormed on. But this is unacceptable.

Please, just send me the pickup I purchased over so we can all move on.

Joel, you know well enough that you ordered something not in standard production, so it was a custom order. This post is really in bad faith IMO.

I'm retaining the discretion I agreed to regarding that as a favor to you.

If you had said "six months" when I asked how long I wouldn't be concerned.

You don't reply to PMs or emails. This is apparently the only way to get you to reply.

The fact of the matter is you quoted me a time-frame for a product- standard production or not -and I paid you in full the same day including shipping.

I've been extremely patient and understanding, even when the only way to elicit a response from you was to say that I would post in the forums about it.

I'm more than happy to continue this conversation in private like I already attempted, but you should know that I expect nothing less than a full resolution by the end of the weekend.

The pickups do kick some serious ass.
They turned my Ibanez into a serious tone contender.
I'm keeping my eye on this thread, when the backlog clears up I have my eye on another pair of Sidewinders for my other bass.

I'm not trying to give any advise for anybody but maybe it's time to stop taking or sending new orders until the backlog is cleared. This might clear the situation and stop this kind of hassle with delivery times.
Just my thoughts, nothing else.
