I do not play P basses but I have his Jazz Bass pickups 55 Jazz Bass Experience and they are the only ones that sound like the old early 60 to 61 Fender jazz pickups, they are not overwound and is therefore very dynamic and distinct as those in my original 61 Jazz bass! "Almost all others manufacturers vintage correct pickups are overwound unfortunately"
I'm sure that P bass pickups are equally superb!
