Bad custom bass pickups configuaration?

here's the deal-io.

I have a thunderbird bass body. I'm making a fit-to-custom for my self.

Here's what i want to do.


-In the two routs there, put two MM buckers.
*wire those in together? switch?
-in front of the bridge pickup, rout for a SCPB.
* think older tele bass.
-and then right by the neck, a Gibson EBO bucker pickup.

I know this will be knob-topia ( 8 knobs)
but i think i might can pull it off.

Would it maybe be better to wire the MM's together with one volume/one tone?

or should i ditch the idea all together?

P.S. passive bass.
