Bart P Bass wires

I am rewiring my P/J bass- the front was originally wired with a DPDT series parallel switch, but I want to change it to single coil / dual coil. I Found a wiring diagram for a DPDT single coil to dual coil switch, but now I need to get the color codes for the Bart pick up. It has four colors, just like in the wiring diagram- Wh/Rd/Gn/Bl, but I don't know which two are pairs, and for what coil- I don't want the front & back Pickups out of phase..
Can anybody fill me in?

If you try and put the P pup in single coil mode, the EA or DG stings will just go mute (depending on which coil is switched off).
