Bart preamp wiring diagram

I currently have a Bart pre amp 3 band eq . volume, blend, mid push/pull, stacked bass/treble. Pickups are Dimarzio J Humbuckers. I would like to add push/pull volume pot for active/passive, I know its a 250k pot push/ pull. Would also like to add coil tap switches for each pick up. Does anyone have a wiring diagram?
