Does anyone her utilize the 4 wires from their Barts?

what are the tonal differences vs wiring them serial or parallel?

Brain from bestbassgear says that most people either wire them serial or parallel.

I added a switch to allow my MMC coils to be either series or parallel. I find both useful but generally prefer series. There are drawings on Bart's website on how to do this.

Series and parallel are discussed a bit here in relation to bart quad coils and may be useful.
Tonal differences between dual and quad coil pickups?
