Bartolini 4 or 5 String Pickups. Interchangeable?

Can Bartolini 5 String pickups be used in a 4 string application?

Their J-Bass pickups are the same dimensions in either string configuration, so I was wondering if they are the same pickup or if they are two different pickups in the same dress.

It seems to me that they are different, but does anyone know for certain?
