Bartolini 6 and EMG 6 same size?

If I was to get say...

...and if I was compelled to put EMGS in it would they fit in the stock routing cavities?

The other basses with EMG-HZ which should allow me to more easily install EMGs do not have 18 volt routing already done. This one looks very nice and will probably sound fine without the pickup upgrade. I just know I will want to upgrade the pickups soon after acquiring it.

I'm not 100% sure but those look quite a bit longer and slimmer than the EMG45 size. They look more like the bartolini P4 shape.

No, the Bart MK series are not the same size as the EMG 45's. You'd need to have additional routing done to make the pickups fit.

An EMG-45 is 2" x 4.5" while a Bart P4 is 1.25" x 4.65", so as 3506string said, it's slightly longer and a bit narrower.
