Bartolini Mid-Cut Switch Question?

I need to replace a damaged 3-way DPDT switch on a Bart preamp for Mids. I plan to make my own.

"Can anyone tell me what exactly are they called, either resistors or capacitors?

Help!!!

DPDT switch configurations are ON-OFF-ON and ON-ON-ON. This is usually noted on the side of the switch frame.
