Bartolini MK-1 pick ups Ceramic?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello,
Anybody have any info on whether the Bartolini MK-1 pick ups are Ceramic or Alnico? I'm looking to get a warmer sound, and from what I been reading it seems that Ceramic has a high treble sound and Alnico is more of a warmer sound.

Thanks for your help!

I know the MK-2 are ceramic.

As for the tone difference, it's generally minor between the two magnet types. A little adjustment of your treble control may be all you need.
