| Bartolini Mk-I preamp diagram?

I picked up a cheap mk1 from a josh paul cort/elrick. Everything is there and wired up. I expected to be able to find a wiring diagram, but haven't yet. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm not looking forward to a day of trial and error.... 
I'm trying to drop it into a carvin LB76P with a dead pre, and keep the coil tap and piezo blend intact and operational.
