Buzzing Problem with my Jazz...

My Fender MIM Jazz buzzes.

I think it's to do with the bridge/grounding wire, but don't know heaps.

Does the Wire need to be soldered onto the bridge or just resting under it...Because the wire isn't soldered on but is visable.

What else could it be, all the wires are in the right places and properly connected (i think!).
