You better contact line6man directly.
This thread is about Cadfael's collection.

However he has included some of line6man's switching designs in the collection. ... with proper reference to line6man of course.

Oh, this is an exclusive thread? Really?

I can't say - even though this thread is about me / my work.
But OldogNewTrick gave this thread a special name an as thread opener he might have the right to ask to stay on topic.

You may not give a damn on a nearly 400 pages COST FREE bass wiring compilation - which took me surely more than 3000 hours of work (research, drawing, trying to find individual custom solutions for special needs).

For me, three things are improtant:
1.) To give an overview how the wirings of manufacturers changed through the decades and how authentic wiring should look like.
2.) To HELP people who are looking for a historic or custom wiring.
3.) That people like Dave, Stealth, line6man and others like the idea which stands behind such a gigantic project and even support me with their ideas and solutions.

I started this collection about 5 years ago?
I started it for German bass players and I am no native English speaker. Until three days ago I didn't know that "Elektronikfach" / E-Fach" means "cavity" in English (because the expression is so special that it's in no dictionary)
My historic comments on instruments and brands and explanations are still in German - but with the new English-German dictionary it is not difficult to find out what happens in the wirings.

Thanx again to Dave, Stealth, line6man and other, who support me, sending me new ideas or photos of cavities of their historic bass. I sometimes could only get wiring schematics without how it was really soldered. This helps a lot to make the compilation as "fault free" as possible ...

Just some friendly advice to get you what you want, since line6man might not be monitoring this thread.

It's an open forum and people are allowed to interject as they see fit.

So I've been told...

Not sure why this is thread is escalating. Keep it on topic, play nice.
Anymore public commentary on the issue with result in warnings on all sides.

Amazing. Thanks so much. I got about halfway through it last night before my wife got jealous (bass is my girlfriend). Also, as they've been mentioned, the diagrams and work of line6man, SGD, stealth and others have been massively helpful to me, and several others I'm sure, so big thanks to cadfael, and the entire TB community.

Is there any way this could be included in a sticky?

Thanx for your support offer subdude!

But an English version would mean 800 instead of 400 pages ...
This would be just too much - as I still have a job (and other hobbies).
But I will ask you for help if I have some questions!

Thanx
Andreas

Version 3.88 now online, updated with 13 vintage Yamaha diagrams
Enjoy

Not to forget the switching concept for a Stu Hamm Urge II bass, inspired by fellow TB brother Stealth

Thanx!

Yes; I looked for "old" Yamaha wirings and basses as I only had one Yamaha wiring in my compilation and thought this can't be right ...

Like the Ibanez chapter, I used the Yamaha chapter for a "little Yamaha history", as Yamaha produces non-copying-basses for many decades - or has never been a real "copy company" (like Ibanez was for a some years).
