Can I convert my Bart NTMB Vol/vol preamp to Vol/blend ?

So I thought I would really like Vol/Vol so I could really dial in the sound I want exactly but come to find that it is a real pain to try to adjust volume on the fly with two vol controls.

Is there any way to convert this preamp to vol/blend? I know it is the same preamp and it is sealed but wondering if wires could be switched around.

I have contacted Bartolini [ I think ]. It looks like the only way to contact them is by fax.

Sure, that should be no problem. The volume/volume or blend/volume part of the wiring harness is actually done before it connects up to the preamp--there's only one input to the preamp, and it doesn't care if the signal from the pickups is coming through two volume controls or a blend and a volume.
