Can I purchase One Hum Cancelling Single coil online?

I need only one and every time I go into guitar center it's always the same old Fender Noiseless Jazz Pack with the two pick ups.

I have aquired an old beat up Ibanez P/J Bass with a single coil at the bridge but it hums like a mother! I want to replace it. Can somebody point me in the right direction?
