CAN THIS SET UP BE DONE???

im horrible with electronics so please bare with me...

Im guna be putting in an American P bass single coil pick up and an American J bass single coil pick up.

can i make this a passive bass?
(is that a stupid question? haha)

and if i could how would i control it...1 volume knob, 1 pan knob and 2 tone knobs for each pick up?
i know your probably saying just get the deluxe pbass or jbass
but im getting a custom bass built by someone.

Simple to do, and your controls can stay the usual V-V-T, if you want (there are several options) only issue is the routing, but YES it can be done.

Easy to make an active into a passive. Just did it to my fretless, love it now!
