Changing pickups need advice

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey,
Im am about to change the stock pickups on My Yamahabb615 and was wondering what would be good replacements?
I was possibly thinking of these:
EMG P5J-SET - Thomann Irish Cyberstore

Any comments?
Will they fit?
I have no experience in this sort of thing() so I was wondering should I just get My friends dad whose a Luthier to put them in?

Cheers in advance,
Conor (Basscat125)

Most likely they will fit.

provided the stock pups are "fender" specs.

Most aftermarket pups are standard sizes....you should be able to look up the EMG dimensions on their website...and then measure your Yami pups to be certain.

No worries...this is how we learn.

Meaning sizes of standard Fender pups.
