Changing PUPS on a 206-SM.

Hey all, I'm new here, but I've been playing bass for well over a year now. I just upgraded to an ESP 206-SM 6 String with Active P-UPS, and I am interested in changing to a pair of EMG-45DC's. I have no idea how to do this, and if I even could. The bass has active pups already, so it already has a 9V system. What would be the process I would have to go through to make sure that this mod will work?
