I know nothing about those pups. Other than to suggest they might be run of the mill, good old everyday type pickups used by many manufacturers overseas....

They have no info on what type of magnet they use, it could be ceramic, maybe very much like those in SX basses.

I guess until someone tries them and reports back, no one will know.

Maybe I'm playing captain obvious here, but at least I fixed the link....

They seem to be pretty good for the money. I considered buying them a while back, but well...there's this thing called money...I rarely have it...

I put a set of these in a cheap affinity Squier P-bass. The original pups had very weak output. The Dragonfires were a big improvement in both tone and output. For the $$ I would not hesitate to use these in a similar situation.

Well I forgot to tell that my bass is a PJ SX. I just want to know if there is an improvement with the Dragonfires.
