Cheap preamp?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey, anybody know of a cheap buffer only preamp? I've seen DIY ones but none for sale? I've built one in the past and need another for my latest "project" and would rather buy than build .

Depending on how cheap you want to go, the Redeemer buffer is now sold direct from the maker for $50.

CreativeAudioLabs Redeemer Circuit. WOW!!!
Yah, that's kinda what I was looking for but just the bare board and without the marketing "hype". I actually want three so I can put them right on the pickup outputs before the controls and the third to drive the jack - so it gets a bit pricey to buy three of these . I'm starting to remember the circuit I used years ago, it used a quad op-amp to give three buffers plus the fourth used as ground reference to make it all DC coupled (flat to 0 Hz) with no caps in the signal paths . I'll try to draw it up and post it .
