Where can I find.. 0.1mfd and 0.68 mfd capacitor? For a switch that I would like to add to my preamp. I got this info from bartolini NTMB-918 Diagram .. thanks

Um, the word for the part is "capacitor."

The folks on this forum might know where you can find parts to build the preamp. Here's another thread on it:
Anyone tried Bartolini NTMB released schematic?

What would be the best size capacitor to use on a on-on-on switch?

Depends on it's use in the circuit. If it's a filter cap, than you have to have a schematic for your pickups. Frankly, you really have to work off that schematic in any event, as it may not be needed if another cap exists at a unison point in the circuit.

It doesn't matter. You are only dealing with a few Volts.
