Conflicting Wiring diagrams?

Sign in to disble this ad
My Stewart Mcdonald wiring diagram that came with my j-bass installation kit is different than the one provided with my antiquity 2's. Mainly, where they have wires going to be grounded. Which one should I follow?

Hi.

Without seeing the said wiring diagrams, I'd guess both are star grounded, the center of the star is just in a different place.

A ground is a ground no matter where, just try to avoid ground loops by bringing all the ground wires to one spot.

Regards
Sam
