Question confused about lipstick tubes!

so im not sure if this is correct or not but are the lipstick tube pickup on dano guitars any different than the ones that they use/d on their basses? i always thought they were the same pickup

That's my understanding, one size fits all with the current RI's.

There may have been slight variations in magnet strength and the amount of wire on the coils over the years on the old ones, but I don't know. I think I've read of some of them being under 4K, but different temperatures and different meters could give different readings on the same pickup.

They are the same pickups, as confirmed by Neptune Bound.
