Can someone help me, I'm trying to rewire my Squire Jazz, not having any luck...wired the red to the center leg and the green to the pot. I'm getting no sound, any ideas? The white and the black are not used, correct? Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Make sure you put some tape on the connection so it won't short against something.

I just put in a set of these today and ı am still trying to dial the height. Can these be set fairly close to the strings?

they have plenty of magnet pull, so don't get them too close, especially the neck pickup.

also, since they're flat instead of staggered (), you'll need to drop the bass side a little more to keep the E from booming out over the other strings.
