DIMARZIO ULTRA JAZZ VS. TONERIDER SOUND CLIP !

Here's a sound clip I put together that shows the difference in sound between the DiMarzio Ultra Jazz pickups and the Tonerider Vintage Jazz pickups.

Anyway, hopefully this will help someone

excellent, but (proceeding to look gift horse in the mouth) could you maybe back the drums off a good bit? how about a little neck, blended, and bridge noodling on each?

great examples!!

just in the process myself of swapping out some Aero DarrylJones5s for a set of DiMarzio UltraJs

and I think I'm about sold now.

HERE is a sound clip of just the basses. The Ultra Jazz equipped J Bass is first, the Tonerider equipped one is second. As before, sound is direct through Line 6 Toneport "Eden" simulator with the EQ set flat (4x10 cab)

Please excuse the sloppy playing - the clips were done in haste
