DiMarzios?

I have an old pair of J pups that have hex head adjustable pole pieces. They have creme colored covers. Very punchy almost like a P pup. Anyone have an idea what these are. Could they be DiMarzios?

I'm assuming model Js (http://www.dimarzio.com/pickups/bass...marzio-model-j) which come in creme as well as black

They are great pickups, wired in series they sound REALLY mean! I love mine =)

Yep, instant steroids for any J-bass.

Yo ... Nes ...

They could be - but needn't ...

A lot of companies copied DiMarzio Pickups in the 80s.
Germans (Schaller) as well as Asian manufacturers (Ibanez, Tokai, Fernandes, Kawai +++) ...

Which are the wire colours?
Green/White + Black/Red?

Again, most of these copies were OEM from the factory in less expensive basses (offshore) and not marketed as after market replacements.
