any experience with these? i'm designing a thinline fretless, and i want to use a piezo under the saddle only. no magnetic pickups

Nope.

I would contact EMG and see what the frequency response is. Seems Rick Turner's piezo's go from 20Hz - 20 kHz but that is by no means the norm.

Also I really didn't really look at the pdf but recall the acoustic looking saddle with pins. Just make sure you got the right piece for the right application.

yeah, most of these things are for acoustic guitar. however, its a picollo bass, so the freqs should be similar.

i think ive found what i'm looking for though
